Refund policy

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at support@thefragrancevault.co.uk with photos and we will resolve it immediately. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.
