Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. All fragrances sold by The Fragrance Vault are 100% genuine and sourced directly from trusted suppliers and perfumeries across the Middle East and beyond.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days. European orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Can I return a fragrance if I change my mind?
Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@thefragrancevault.ukwith photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship across the UK and Europe. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
